We are a design/build company that does themed environments, signage, etc. for cultural attractions. We are designing an attraction that is opening in Tennessee and are looking for CAD design of elements within the attraction. These drawings would be for developing the necessary details for our fabrication team and installers. Concept drawings and elevations have been created for the attraction and the schematics would be done of those areas.

My company is seeking work for our health clinic called MAXX Health Clinics. We need a menu brochure of services offered with details and prices for each procedure in addition to a wall menu with just the names of services and prices. Each of the services will have a paragraph in description and a photo to accompany it in addition to prices. I attached a few examples of the general look we are seeking based on my quick mockup in Photoshop as well as a menu design I found online. Please refer to style guide for fonts and colors.
